He has had a long career and occupied very senior and responsible positions in some of the most respected corporate houses in the Country including reputed listed companies. He has vast experience and domain knowledge in complex litigation management, risk management, dealing with regulatory and statutory authorities, execution of critical projects involving corporate law and corporate consulting. He also has rich experience in infrastructure project advisory services in different domains of Infrastructure with the Central/State Governments/Statutory Bodies/Urban Local Bodies, etc. in India and abroad.

A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with a Master's Degree in Treasury Management from ICFAI, he has a long and illustrious career of more than 23 years in portfolio management, investments, fund raising and accounting and has occupied very senior and responsible positions in some of the most respected corporate houses in the Country. He has extensive experience of identifying opportunities in emerging countries and is a leasing expert and was instrumental in managing the Russian operations of Srei. He has also raised USD$ 200mn in equity and debt from various financial institutions and banks for Srei Group.
