Devendra Kumar Vyas, has been associated with Srei since 1997. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”). He has over two decades of experience in the financial services sector. He is the Chairman of the ASSOCHAM National Council on Construction Equipment & Tunnelling. Further, he is also a member of the Governing Council of Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers’ Association, a life member of the Association of Corporate Advisors and Executives, Kolkata, and also a member of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

A Senior Board level executive with more than 40 years’ experience in banking, stressed assets and business leadership. He has spent more than 25 years with ICICI group, across different functions, and also served as ICICI’s Nominee on the Boards of various companies. He has also served other reputed institutions like Kotak Mahindra Group and Axis Bank, in senior positions. He was MD at Multiples Alternate Assets Pvt Ltd. and earlier held the position of the CEO of Phoenix ARC, which was promoted by Kotak Mahindra group. He is presently an Independent Director on the Boards of Kotak Mahindra Trustee Company Limited, Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund Limited, Aditya Birla ARC Limited and HKR Roadways Limited. He has also trained executives of institutions like National Development Bank of Sri Lanka. He is an engineer and a MBA.

A senior banker with over 30 years’ experience in premier financial institutions with specific focus on credit, risk management and distressed debt. She has extensive relationships with the Indian corporate sector as well as experience in working with the central regulator. Her core expertise include setting up and managing risk management functions, assessing credit risk, structuring complex financial transactions and resolution of distressed debt. She also has experience in building & managing high performing teams, businesses & profit centres.

A seasoned banker with over 36 years of experience with a leading PSB in India. He has been in leadership positions and held important assignments in India and abroad. Prior to joining SIFL, he has been the Managing Director & CEO of SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd. and Managing Director & CEO of PNB Housing Finance Ltd. Both are listed companies. He holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He is also a certified Behaviour Science Coach. His leadership journey has been enabled by various leadership and senior management programs including those at Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley, Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and Asian Development Bank, Malaysia.
