    Cash Deposit in violation of 269ST of the Income Tax Act.

    As per sec. 269ST of the Income Tax Act, no person shall receive an amount of Rupees Two Lakhs or more in cash
    1. in aggregate from a person in a day; or
    2. in respect of a single transaction; or
    3. in respect of transactions relating to one event or occasion from a person.
    Otherwise than by an account payee cheque or an account payee bank draft or use of electronic clearing system through a bank account is subject to 100% penalty and legal consequences.
    Customers are requested hereby not to deposit any cash in contravention of 269ST of the Income Tax Act.
    Customers need to keep Srei indemnified against any future penalty imposed on the company by the authorities and NOC of the contracts will be blocked till the assessment of Income Tax is over.

    09-11-2019 The Asset Liability Management Committee (ALM Committee) of Srei Equipment Finance Limited at its meeting held on 9th November 2019 has increased Srei Prime Lending Rate (SPLR) from 14.50 % to 15.50 % and Srei Benchmark Rate (SBR) from 19.75 % to 20.75%. This will be applicable as per terms of agreements.
    29-10-2018 The Asset Liability Management Committee (ALM Committee) of Equipment Finance Limited at its meeting held on 29th October 2018 has increased Srei Benchmark Rate (SBR) from 17.75 % to 19.75% and Srei Prime Lending Rate (SPLR) from 12.50 % to 14.50 % with effect from 1st November 2018. Revised SBR and SPLR will be applicable for all Floating Rate Loans and Leases sanctioned and disbursed on and after 1st November 2018. Revised SBR and SPLR will also be applicable for existing Floating Rate Loans and Leases in accordance with relevant clause(s) in the transaction documents.
